Robert Banks Jenkinson, 2nd Earl of Liverpool, was Britain's third–longest–serving prime minister, after Walpole and Pitt the Younger – in office from June 1812 to April 1827.
The Battle of Waterloo was fought on 18 June 1815, and the Peterloo Massacre occurred on 16 August 1819.
